Bucerias Mexico Research Trip

It is very apparent that investors are looking outside of Canada for a profitable vacation rental.

One that can provide a good ROI and that they can also enjoy.

We have limited properties in Canada and certainly a limited time frame to make money on these properties.

We have been traveling to the town of Bucerias just north of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific coast of Mexico for several years now and love the area. We just returned from spending the month of Feb enjoying the area and completing our information gathering for the next trip.

This is a location in which many Canadians vacation all winter long from November to April. In the summertime Mexicans like to vacation during their holidays near the ocean as well.

Rental units are always in high demand and owners charge anywhere from $2,000 USD to $9,000 a month depending on the location and amenities of the property.

Properties range in price from around $135K USD and up but a nice 2B 2B condo or townhouse can be found for around $300K USD. These prices are much lower than last year. Financing in Mexico is an option but expensive. Most investors use their personal cash or credit line.

Your costs to run this property are about half of what it costs in Canada.

I have put together a team of professionals (Realtor, Property Management, Legal, and healthcare specialist) in Bucerias that will provide training and property visits for a minimum 4 days. I have some sightseeing tours planned and there will be free time for everyone to explore the area.

This trip is planned for around early November 2026. Final details will be provided when enough participants have registered. Ideal attendance is 6 couples or 12 people.
